Our Coffee Master
CARLO S. DIMATULAC
Born in Quezon City, Carlo has been passionately brewing coffee since 1991. His journey started as the Head Barista at Cravings on Katipunan Avenue. With four children and decades of experience, Carlo’s expertise in coffee and café management was recognized by his longtime employer, UCC Coffee Company. They invested in his talent by sending him to Japan twice for advanced training, where he achieved the prestigious title of Coffee Master 2.
